Hi GTECH team,
I'm writing on behalf of Mike Cole at MDC Consolidated, LLC (DBA EZ Auto Fix) in Blue Ridge / Mineral Bluff, Georgia. Mike is a transmission rebuild specialist running about 800 cars per year, and he's been running your TTCF-6 hot-fluid flusher in his shop for years.
Mike's about to launch a national ship-in transmission rebuild division โ customers ship units to him from across the country, he rebuilds, ships back. As part of the standard warranty terms, customers will be required to either (a) own a hot-fluid flusher of equivalent quality before reinstall, or (b) accept that warranty is void.
That's where you come in.
Mike already endorses the TTCF-6 by default โ it's what he uses, it's what he trusts, it's the only flusher he'll certify for warranty purposes. He's getting asked about it constantly by ship-in customers, other shops he consults with, and his network of dealers. Right now those leads go nowhere; Mike answers questions for free, customers eventually buy from somebody, and you get a sale GTECH didn't track.
We'd like to formalize that into a structured relationship. Specifically, we're proposing one of:
- Affiliate program: tracking link on MDC's website + outreach materials; standard commission per closed sale.
- Authorized reseller / dealer: Mike resells the TTCF-6 directly to ship-in customers as a bundle with the rebuild; margin per unit.
- Brand-of-shop / case study: formal endorsement, co-marketing content (Mike's shop is highly visible on YouTube and trade publications), event presence โ in exchange for preferred pricing and inventory access.
Any combination of these works for us. We're a real, working shop โ not an influencer or a referral broker. Mike has the equipment, the volume, and the credibility, and we want GTECH to get paid every time he closes a question into a sale.
